Hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween!

Wanted to share this idea I submitted to Topps for the Wacky Packages Halloween set that was recently released. I had to withdraw the submission as it was extremely similar to an idea that was printed not long ago. Was pretty happy with my work on the rough and might adapt it it as some point to use in my Fearsome Weirdos sets.
